Palate - Ripe blackberry and mulberry fruits are complexed by chocolate and tobacco savoury notes. The lingering fruits, balanced acid and fine tannins finish with mocha and clove spice.
Region- The Yarra Valley region is a cool climate region that produce the characters in cabernet that many other regions cannot.
Vintage Conditions2008 was a difficult vintage with very low yields in all vineyards. This also allowed vineyards to produce great fruit intensity.

NoseAromatics abound offering mulberries, bramble and tealeaf. Molasses and spice give complexity to the fruits.
