Delivery Information

Henley Hill Premium Wines offers FREE DELIVERY within Victoria and $10.00 per dozen to other states of Australia. Allow 3-5 business days for delivery - for a more accurate guide refer to Australia Post Delivery Times (goods are despatched from Melbourne).

Please ensure that there is someone present at the delivery address you provide to receive your order as a signature will be required. If no-one is present, your products will be delivered to the nearest Post Office for you to collect. A notification card should be left in your mailbox.

Undelivered Goods

If you have placed an order and have not received delivery within 5 days, please phone Henley Hill Wines. Please have your order confirmation email on hand (you will receive this after you place your order).

Guarantee

Henley Hill Wines guarantee that your order will reach you intact. We will happily replace any product that reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition.

Refund Policy

Henley Hill Wines are happy to offer a 100% money back refund within 3 months of the date of purchase. This applies to orders delivered within Australia only.

Purchasing Policies Warning

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $6000) and it is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $500). At the time of delivery the person receiving the goods must provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age if requested. Henley Hill Wines may refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods does not provide evidence of proof of age.
